All condos have A/C, one
bathroom, a queen size bed in the master bedroom and 2 beds in the
second bedroom, CD/DVD player and all are wired now for WI-FI. Guests laptops must be WI-FI compatible. Sunset Grill has
WI-FI for our guest's use while enjoying their morning cup of coffee or having dinner.

There are two Veranda condos.
One is located on the corner of the second floor and the other
is
located on the corner of the third floor at the opposite end of
the building from the pool and office. The same size as a regular
condo, it has windows on 3 sides and a large wrap-around balcony
with a panoramic view of the Bay and Cancun.

We now offer a Casita and
a Studio for 1-2 people.
The Casita has a king size bed, small fridge, coffee pot, TV-VCR-DVD-CD player, bathroom,
Mini split AC, Ceiling Fan, Safe Deposit Box.
1-2 people only. No ocean view. No Balcony.
The Studio has a queen size bed with a privacy screen to separate the
sleeping area from the setting area. Bathroom, small kitchenette area with a 1 burner hot plate, microwave, coffeepot, blender, TV-VCR-DVD-CD player, Mini Split AC, Ceiling fans,
Safe Deposit Box, Partial ocean view but no balcony.
1-2 people only.
Includes full maid service, bottled water and full services from office.

We
have two Veranda Condos available. These condos have the same
layout as the regular condos. The difference is that the Veranda
condos have a two sided wrap around deck balcony that offers you
a great view of the Cancun Bay.
The nightly rate is $40.00 more per night than the Regular Condo rate.
The daily rate includes all taxes and daily maid service.
There is a minimal stay of six nights during the Holiday Season.
MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
