The Owners’ Rental Pool (ORP) will hold your reservation for 3 days if paying by credit card or 6 days if paying by check. Please include your reservation number for all correspondence.
You will need to pay a 50% deposit of your full reservation within the days requested above and then pay the other 50% 45 days before your arrival. Please note that a 19% tax will be added to the total of your reservation.
If someone in your party has a physical limitation that prevents them from stair climbing, please inform us at the time you make your reservation. Normally we do not designate a specific unit until shortly before your arrival, so advance notice will help us accommodate special needs. CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation of reservation 45 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund minus fee of 5% of deposit.
• Cancellation 44 days or less prior to the arrival date: No refund. The reservations manager may issue a credit given special considerations, such as if the guest is a returning guest or has a family related emergency, but the decision is at the sole discretion of the manager. An issued credit is valid for use in the twelve months following the canceled stay at Nautibeach and may not be used during holiday seasons. If the cancellation is due to a weather related emergency, the ORP Nautibeach Board will consider refunds and/or credits dependent upon the situation.
